Mandy in the service center was very accommodating when my vehicle recently broke down and needed repairs on the road. She coordinated with my extended warranty company and dealership of purchase ensuring that I had a good experience. Excellent customer service.
I found a car here through a search online and came to look at it. When I walked in the showroom there were a group of employees having a conversation. I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes, made eye contact with several of them assuming they might want to stop talking about their colleague's doctor appointment and help a customer. I probably should have interrupted but didn't want to seem rude. I slowly walked out the door, thinking to myself that like a good romance, one of them would stop me before I was gone. I guess that only happens on the big screen.
My husband and I found this vehicle for sale on the lot. Brett Russell, salesman at the Audi Sales, gladly helped us out. He was extremely helpful, fighting for our rights to a 2nd set of keys when one was not to be found. The managers and finance people had to be talked into because new sets of keys are pricey now with the computer chip, etc. Brett stuck with it and we walked out very happy with his service and treatment of us. We really appreciated his happy attitude and support of us as his clients. We were buying a 4 hour drive from home and felt this might be a place we would recommend to our family that lives in the area and to anyone that reads this review of our time on the lot.
