Love this place! But since the coronavirus, we've veen missing out on punches. DB should keep a tally on the register.

There's usually a line. They aren't honoring their rewards cards at this time, and haven't set up rewards system by phone number. Doesn't accept cash. Very good customer service. Does require a mask. I think they would increase business if they provided above services in light of other coffee shops supporting negative organizations, and political affiliations.

Coffee is cheap they are typically pretty friendly. Just not the best tasting brew in town. A lot of the time they are pretty busy and don't pay attention to milk allergies. This is one of their biggest downfalls. They need to pay attention to things like this. Last time they put milk in my drink ended up throwing it up 10 minutes later and was sick the rest of the day, unfortunately sometimes I can't tell if it's milk or soy. I've had them argue with me that I didn't specify on the milk which is not true at all I would never order milk. Made it awkward after that.

I’ve always loved their customer service until today, due to Covid19 things have drastically changed and I get it, but today, we couldn’t order drive through because we were hauling our boat, with that said, I walked to Dutch’s and attempted to place an order via the window, two employees were sitting on the bench, and advised me to walk to the drive through, a long line as always, 93• outside, I told him about my boat and he again repeated in a rude tone to walk to the drive through get in line behind the car, isn’t drive through and window ordering the same thing? Both transactions eventually pick up from the window..terrible experience, mind you we are frequent frequent customers that always leave tips behind..
