Excellent customer service. Oscar and Lonnie always know how to make everyone they serve feel right at home! Highly recommend all of the drinks and the pastries as well, very delicious.
Great little spot to grab a coffee and go. The inside is warm and inviting and the drinks are top notch. Definitely my favorite place to grab a bubble tea!
Oscar and the crew at Novel are awesome. I love their new location on Gway, it’s really centrally located. Great coffee, can’t recommend them enough!
I would have to try them again. The workers seemed out of it and one of them seemed like she was new. The coffee was delicious and as for the bubble tea, I would have to try again. I was given a blended tea even tho I didn't ask for it blended.
