I tried this place on a work trip and really enjoyed it. I order 1/2 veggie supreme and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.nnWhile the sandwich may have been standard, I thought the broccoli soup was super dreamy. My meal also came with a tiny cookie. Maybe chocolate crinkle or molasses? I'm not sure of the flavor, but it had a delightfully chewy texture.nnI really dug the old-school vibe of this place and will be back next time I am in the area for work.
Small place yet seems to be quite popular, doued have tasty sandwiches
Have been coming to this local spot forever. The tomato pasta soup is my fav as well as the cook’s salad! Can get a little busy at lunch, so ordering ahead is useful to beat the crowds.
I loved the Ruben sandwich and Bean and Lentil soup. I would have given a higher rating, but there was no kids menu. It cost too much to feed my 6yo a half sandwich, chips, and drink.
Just ordered the Chicken Salad and wow! So good! My coworkers and I love this place. Never had a disappointing meal. Highly recommend checking this place out of you haven't. Great for a casual lunch date.nnP.S. I love those little cookies.
