Disappointing. The lasagna noodle was so thick, and also greasy as was the sauce. The place needs to be more open to outside. This used to Mediterranean and called Chutneys. Same owners, same decor basically. I wonder why they changed to Italian. Much better before. Won't return now. Maybe 2 and 1/2 stars better rating sorry to say.
We loved Cafe Roma. The breakfast and lunch is great, especially the crepes! Spinach Feast crepe is a favorite. Great spot on Hillview and the owners are very sweet. They owned Alma's Kitchen and have most of the same yummy items on the menu!
It's such a pleasure to eat in this cozy Italian restaurant! Very very good crepes! I love chef's Michele crostata.
