I was so happy to bring my classic car to them for lock repairs as my keys were not working.nIt was a 1963 Ford FalconnI left for them to work on it and they called me to let me know that they were unable to fix the locks after Will worked on it for about 3 hoursnnHe told me there was No charge. OMG. He then hooked me up with the owner Claude and Claude was very happy to find someone who could help me.nThis is absolutely totally professional and kind to my needs to without making any money whatsoever to still work to find me a solution.nnLong story short that his recommendation worked out and I'm totally happy.nI have 2 keys to make up now and I'm not going to Home Depot or Lowes or Ace Hardware. I'm going to their shop to spend my money.nnBennett

Their technician was very helpful with changing out our door handles and installing new keyless entry deadbolts. He followed up with me by phone regarding a problem with one of my doors and although he was not able to fix it, offered solutions of how I could get it fixed.

Very professional and extremely skilled I've had my house and car opened or rekeyed. They are punctual efficient and they stand behind the products that they sell in the store. Stan has helped me on several occasions figure out just the right to address my safety with unpickable locks. And keys that cannot be cut by just any normal key smith, home Depot or Lowe's. They had my Lexus key and mustang key unhand so that I had a second key for both of my vehicles. Programming was done on the spot. At a fraction of what the dealership would have charged me.
