Extremely happy with My RV Storage. I had previouslyndone extensive due diligence in my search and trade for the optimal RV storage location. This facility has an excellent design and is conveniently located a short distance off I-75 and Florida Turnpike near the Villages. Meeting Dave and knowing there would be an on-site manager for real-time monitoring of my RV and providing trickle charge to sustain my battery gave me great comfort. The minimal additional cost for this storage location when compared to other options was well worth the excellent benefits/attributes not available at other RV storage facilities. You can't make a better selection.
Stored out motorhome there for 2 weeks,we paid extra for electric service for the refrigerator, when we arrived to pickup our motorhome electric had been off for at least a couple of days. Everything in the refrigerator was ruined, we called Dave he said he would tell the owner and take care of us. Went back and forth with him never got a call from the owner. They never made good on anything and as said before they don't pro rate so we paid for the entire month for 2 weeks on top of the $300. worth of food.
Very clean and secure facility. The property manager Dave is very friendly and professional. Always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV storage.
Stored my RV there for a year and everything went well. Very wide spaces, could open my slides within my own space. Great on site supervision. Reasonable price. Great availability.
We've had several experiences with rv storage. In every case, if you leave before your month expires, the storage place prorates charges and reimburses the portion that isn't used. Not My RV Storage, they keep every penny. I won't keep my rv there again.
