Epoxied our garage floor & recoated patio pavers. Great job, except . . . patio is dangerously slippery when getting out of pool. Called him to ask if he can figure a way to 'fix'. He answered first call & said he put 'anti-slip additive in sealer'. Didn't happen, nor was it 'specified'. This is not a warranty claim. I just need help. Happy to pay. He said he would get back to me. Nothing. Will not return subsequent calls. Not a very good business plan! A real shame.nnI'll have to find someone else, but I don't know what type of sealer was applied.

I recently had had three concrete surfaces finished, my garage floor, front porch, and my Lanai, I can't say enough good about the job that was done by Doug's Design Coatings. Let me start out by saying I may have saved a couple bucks by shopping for a lower price, but I believe, you usually get what you pay for, and Dougs price seemed very fair . So after checking on some referrals from some other tradesmen, people that knew his work and his reputation, I decided to go with Doug. Doug and his right hand man Andrew, worked seamlessly together. The work was done in three parts of the house and they were very careful and protective of my floors and furniture, and except for a few times when it was unavoidable they accessed everything from the outside. I was truly surprized by the amount of time they spent preparing the surfaces before they even started putting on the coatings. Both Doug and Andrew knew their stuff! When the job was finished, my wife and I where completely thrilled with how beautiful it was and with the Professionalism with which they conducted themselves. Doug and Andrew are both great guys, everyday I gave them a big bowl of fruit and we enjoyed their company very much. It's not often that you have this kind of an experience when you hire a contractor, so I've taken this time to share my experience with others. Thanks Doug and Andrew.
