Clean and convenient. Helpful staff and a good place to get a sports massage. Ask for Michael. They have two locations in the Villages. Lots of classes, too. Something for everyone with fun and fitness front and center.
MVP Brownwood has done a good job thru Covid ( cleaning and class reservations and all staff are masked). Presently I am getting Private training with Joey and I am impressed with his preparation,knowledge, professionalism and pleasing personality.

Let’s be reasonable. Rec centers are currently limiting time for some activities when there is a backup. It would be a great idea to do so with the most popular elliptical and tread machines. Not one person left the elliptical in the hour+ I was there today. 5 people waiting. Only 1 person left the treadmill in that time and held it for another person. (This after taking 2 away breaks while leaving gear on the machine).
Enjoying my visits to MVP. Staff are friendly and pleasant and Garrett, the trainer is so helpful and encouraging. He makes it fun to work out.
