Stopped in for a drop in workout. It was a great experience! The coach was friendly and welcoming, great communication and the box had a super positive atmosphere for my workout. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

The owner and coach were very welcoming, motivating and knowledgeable as well as the members. Nice open and airy box. A definite go to when in sarasota!
Amazing community! Dropped in today for the WOD and felt incredibly welcomed. Even at 5:30AM coaches were upbeat but not too upbeat haha. Members were kind, worked hard and engaged in friendly competition to make the workout even better. Highly recommend!!!
