I've heard great things about F45 and finally gave it a go today, and I wish I did it sooner. It was an intense but achievable workout with upbeat/motivating music, which makes the time fly by! Definitely worth it. Daniel is amazing! He was really informative and encouraging getting me started and he's there checking in and supporting everyone throughout the workout. That kind of energy is what gets people hyped!!
F45 has been awesome to me. From day one, and beyond, they know me by name (and gave me a nickname). The overall vibe is great. The gym is very clean and I love the encouragement, tips and tricks given to get the most out of every workout at your own pace. Would highly recommend!
Brandon took time to explain the F45 philosophy and he was easy to talk to about my goals and abilities. I didn't feel any judgement. Coach Sam was encouraging and attentive to my form but not overbearing. F45 members were friendly and there was a good range of abilities, I did not feel out of place. I joined today and I am hopeful about my health journey.
F45 packs an amazing workout into under an hour. The workouts are always different and always challenging. Coach Daniel is the best and has great energy!
Clean, efficient workout! The music and group energy make it a fun! Professional trainer helped me to modify the exercises and motivated the entire class. A great workout in downtown Sarasota.
