I Love all the CVS stores no matter where they are located. Shopping is so calm and peaceful when I go. Management is Awesome!! And I save so much money!

It took 8 hours and 10 phone calls to get an emergency RX for my Father’s Eloquis. When I was finally able to pick it up the pharmacy staff appeared totally overwhelmed. Before I finished my question the pharmacist gave me an answer...that did not apply. I was asking if we should “catch up a dose or skip it.” So after he allowed me to finish my sentence he gave me the answer.nnI had two items to pay for myself as a separate transaction. Just 2 items. Rather than continue with my separate purchase he left the cash register for another and helped someone else. Then He rang up my purchase and didn’t apply the sale price/nor ask for my card. We had words. “I get it- you have no time for me. But I waited for 8 hours and 10 phone calls to gain 2 minutes of your attention”.nnThen I had to go up front and get a refund and pay for those two items over again. I get it. He has no time for me. Nasty rushed attitude. What is wrong with people?

Pharmacy staff are overwhelmed so there is a slight wait time, not too bad. Every encounter I've had has been plesent and I've been met with a smile.

Went to pharmacy for flu shot today. A woman working behind the counter had her mask down on her chin while she was talking to the pharmacist standing less than 2 feet from her. When I asked the pharmacist (who was wearing a mask) to please ask her to pull her mask up, he said “No”. I thought maybe I misunderstood him. “Did you say No?” He got aggressive. “She doesn’t have to wear a mask, she is stocking.” I left.nShe was 1 foot away from the guy giving me Flu shot. Might want to find a different pharmacy. I will.

Stay away! Pharmacist and assistant are rude, contentious, and not helpful. Trying to fill a common blood pressure prescription with excellent insurance/prescription card has been a living nightmare. Save your time, money, and sanity and drive across the street to Publix Pharmacy.
