Not very happy with new night time workers. Very rude when not allowing me to accept my rewards before he cleared the reward screen. 3 different times now this has happened. I shop there daily. Or used to that is.
Went there to get a ticket, and the manager Carlos, said no tickets right now, when asked why, he said, cuz I said so, instead of saying we are doing a shift change, never going in that dirty place again, and they never have enough help!!!!!
Used to be my favorite store. Until they didnt honor the advertisements that are posted in the store not to mention that hotdogs are severely over cooked and look like they've been on the grill all day, half the time the buns are rock solid. Very poor management. I will not be coming here again and I'll make sure everyone I know stays away.
