Good work, bad experience

I scheduled a windshield replacement at my home with a tech named Geoff on 3/18/21. The appointment lasted over 3 hours because he could not get my lane assist to calibrate with the glass. Turns out it was the wrong type of glass and would need to be replaced again. He also asked if I had any jumper cables for his work van. I only had charger cables so I let him use those. After this appointment, everything seemed to be fine with my vehicle. He returned on Sat 3/20 to replace the windshield again and fix the lane assist. A few hours after the appointment, I noticed my oil change sticker had been replaced but my SunPass and neighborhood gate entry stickers were missing. They were not replaced or returned to us after the appointment. And lastly but most importantly, when I tried to start my car, the battery was completely dead. Geoff was friendly and kept me informed during my appointments but I have no idea what could have been done to drain my battery. The software in my vehicle has also been malfunctioning since then. I get low fuel warnings when I actually have half a tank left, etc. I now have to take it to the dealership for a diagnosis. I emailed customer service over a week ago but I have yet to receive a response.

This was my first time ever needing my windshield replaced or really doing any repairs on my car at all. The Safelite staff at this location were extremely kind and patient with me and even discounted my repair since the damage wasn't as bad as they expected. Very easy and stress-free experience.nI recommend the drop&go option when making an appointment for a repair. I was able to drop my car off, spend the rest of the morning at an auction with my boyfriend, and then go out for lunch on our way back to pick up my vehicle.nAnd lifetime warranty!nnAlso they sanitized the inside of my car and cleaned all of the windows inside and out!nnGreat place.

These guys were awesome and went above and beyond! I live and work and hour away and worked with me. Fixed my windshield in time and even brought me my car to work because I didn’t have a ride. Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience with Safelite. I will never go back. 0 deductible with Allstate. They couldn't get their s*** together and tried to charge me. Uncomfortable confrontation with staff. I filled out their survey afterwards and requested a call from their corporate office and never received one. They're too big for their own good and do not really care about the customer anymore.
