Pretty much a scam, yeah get free stuff here and there with the high charge, but rims are marked up, and I even came in person and was ready to pay whilst they were helping others that were screaming at them and giving them attitude, finally after 45 minutes we found the wheels I wanted, had a deal all set to pull the plug on and was told “I can’t do card over the phone”. They don’t want you to buy outright they want to make money off of you. Some suckers will fall for it though! Customs down the street got the money!
Don't go! My appt. was for 2:30 for 4 tires an alignment and they didn't get done until 6pm. I asked if they could do specialty rims and to inspect them before the work. They assured me they could then proceeded to gouge all the rims. To add insult they spray painted the gouges to cover it up. I will never go back. Zero Stars.
I had purchased my tires from them 6 months ago. I got a nail in my tire and they made sure to make the repair for me within an hour. They were very busy but Jr. went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service. I am impressed. This type of professionalism isn't found everyday. They have a customer for life and a raving fan!
