AGW Auto Glass was great. On time and replaced windshield in minutes...thank you AGW..nnThis was what happened with Select Auto GlassnnMy insurance company and I scheduled a windshield replacement. They came on time but the technician either did not want to do the job or didn't know what he was doing because he told his dispatch that he could not do the repair because it was an RV and it had things mounted on the glass, antenna with two sided tape. When the company called me back they used *67 so I could not call them back. I called them six (6) times and got voice mail saying they are busy but would call back before the end of the day, I never received a call back. The next day I tried to call them back several times but know I went straight to voice mail. I called back the next day and went straight to voice mail again so I *67 them, which doesn't show it was my number, and they answered immediately. I explained to them what had happened and she became argumentative and hung up on me. Meanwhile I had contacted my insurance company who arranged for AGW Auto Glass Inc. to do the glass replacement, they were excellent with no issues. Caller ID was obviously being used to avoid me which is unprofessional
Other companies gave me the run around and left me with a busted windshield on my only means of transportation but the extra customer care at agw auto glass has been phenomenal. They helped with a not easy to deal with insurance company and just came and did the job as scheduled. I was treated well from the phone calls to the installer just now.. It looks awesome.
