I asked for no onions on my three Double cheeseburgers. Guess what? All three cheeseburgers had onions. Anyways, good customer service. Clean establishment.

They act like it's a crime to make the order fresh and nasty about it will then throw the condiments at you and drop most on the ground. Have to repeatedly ask then to make my order right cause they cant get it done right the first time. You can tell everyone there hates their job

The person in front of me & I both had to ask the drive thru operator if they knew we were waiting to order after the other cars in the inside order lane continued to advance to the pickup window as we just sat there without being asked to order.nnWhen I asked at the pay window what was wrong with the outside lane ordering system, I was told someone else was responsible for that lane and definitely not them.nnSo who knows what if anything, anybody took action to get the mystery hardware glitch/person taking the orders up to speed with the task at hand.nnThe food I ordered was correct, hot, good and everyone involved was pleasant, so it all ended good.nI'll definitely make sure to use the inside order lane next time I go back to this McDonald's though. ud83dude0a

I ordered cookies n the cashier “tea” walked to the back , another coworker comes in late walks to the back . Comes forward and grabs the display cookies at the front , 4 to exactly the same amount I ordered. Just to go warm them up for 10 and return them to me . Tea the cashiers the time was sweeping or mopping when I first came in, she didn’t not bother to switch gloves before tried to help makes someone else’s food. And yes I left the cookies on the counter. Plz do better .
