As a partner myself coming from a different area, I came in and everyone was super nice and excited to be at the store. They all came up to me about my shirt and initiated conversation almost immediately. Great follow through, customer connection, and my beverage was quality.nnIf you’re in this area, the partners in here are top quality!
The guy who took my order at the drive kept telling me they DON'T have CARMEL MOCHA drink. Yet the night before I got one there with no problem and it was Great.nGuess it depends on who is taking the order. ud83eudd28
It's a nice place to study and I come here a lot to study and be in a tranquil environment in hours that aren't busy. Love the hot chocolate and not really a fan mochas or frappes but enjoy the variety in snacks and other foods that they supply.
I come here because it's close to my house. Definitely not my fav starbucks. I always say light ice and they give me a cup full of ice. I've had to argue with them already because they don't listen!! Like I'm spending $13 a day, the least you could do is get my order right!
