I loved my tuna salad on fresh garden greens! My husband had grilled cheese and soup that he thought was good. I had wine to drink. It was in a plastic disposable cup. He had a bottle of ice tea. We ate outside under the live oaks. It was super easy to socially distance, even on a Sunday. The small cafe is conscious of gluten free concerns, helpful and friendly! Don’t miss this amazing venue!! Worth every penny to visit Selby gardens. It is a class act!
Love the gardens but the food is just gross. Worst tabouli ever...
A surprisingly good food experience. I often take my toddler to Selby Gardens for the afternoon, and have grown fond of the dining options here. The staff is always pleasant, the food truck is fun, and the cafe is in an idillic setting in a beautiful garden park. The cafe is no comparison to Michael’s on East in terms fare and service, but the cafe has its charms and is a satisfying break from touring the gardens.
Very friendly staff. Tasty teas. Yummy gluten free cookie. Very overpriced.
Selby house café is a little gem within Selby Gardens. I love all of their fresh salads and sandwiches!!
