The sale consultant (Bob Alexander) and finance (Kevin Zimmerman) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our selection and purchase. At this point my rating is 5 Stars. The problems started during orientation and continued through the drive home. The orientation was rushed and multiple issues were discovered. While most were minor and resolved immediately including alignment of the slide assembly, one window required replacement parts ordered. The biggest issue was the weight distribution and sway bar hitch assembly. I live 100 miles away from the dealership and the drive home was tense at best. I stopped several times trying to adjust the sway bar but it was not effective at all. After speaking with the service director (Kevin Wysong) it was determined that the hitch may not have been installed properly. I needed to purchase $100+ of special tools to correct the installation to eliminate the sway. This is the reason for my 2 star rating. I will potentially update my review based on responses from the dealership.

Camping World of Anthony have given us a great experience in buying our first travel trailer from day 1 till we picked up our newly bought trailer. Our sales lady, Augusta Shepard, is very knowledgeable, patient, and is fast to respond to any questions and/or concerns that we have. Even after the purchase, she still gives us the time of day to answer our questions and provides us with a peace of mind, especially, we’re first time owners of the travel trailer. She has provided my family with an exemplary customer service and will most definitely recommend her to friends and family. She is truly an asset to camping world. I also wanted to acknowledge the finance department for making the process as smooth as possible and to Justin for giving us a great orientation and even went above and beyond to make sure and double checked that our truck can truly pull the trailer. You guys are awesome!

Recieved Excellent Customer Service from Scott Headrick in sales. I would highly recommend asking for him when looking to buy or need advice on trailers. Wasn't pushy and he helped answer all my questions honestly. He showed us a variety and looked out for our best interests. My family and I are very excited to use our new trailer.

I want to thank Camping World in Anthony, TX for helping me with my camping gear and answering all of my R.V questions! I have been looking for an R.V for sometime now and am pleased to know that the staff at Camping World are caring and well informed. I feel more confident and assured that when it comes time for me to make my purchase I will return to this location! Scott was a wonderful help and the general manager was very pleasant and accommodating! I will be back!
