Carol was very friendly and everyone I spoke to was as well! My taxes were explained to me and everyone was very professional. They told me what I can do for next year to better my tax situation.

Filed my taxes with Rachelle Walchli and had a FANTASTIC experience. She was able to complete my taxes in under 15 minutes and was an absolute angel. Extremely professional, courteous, and polite. I'd 100% recommend her to anyone. This store is very lucky to have her working with them and so is any customer.

Shannon, did a great job, was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She was not in a rush and was very thorough. The price was appropriate and the overal experience was pleasant. It was also nice to have been sent the $25 off coupon which is initally what made me come back to H&R Block in the first place. Thanks
