I’ve had a much different experience than some others here.nnFirst, Sandy has always been kind and super helpful with me. She recognizes me with my mask on and greets me each time I come to the branch. Sandy does give me a hard time as a joke, which makes it an enjoyable experience honestly. I can understand how some people may take this wrong who does not know her. (I’m guessing, I can’t say about their experience; all I can say is Sandy has NEVER been disrespectful or rude to me - she has been beyond kind and helpful).nnThe management of this Branch has a couple branches and I see reviews of the other Branch aren’t really any bad results. So I’m not sure if it’s a management problem. Again, I don’t want to speak to others reviews as everyone has their own opinion.nnI just want to be clear that I specifically drive to THIS BRANCH (which is technically out of my way) - but I like the staff at this branch so I choose to drive here.nnNOTE: The Business banker that works out of this branch and their other ‘sister-branch’ is great as well. I’ve opened up at least 2 Chase Business Checking accounts in the past 12 months and about 4 in the past 24 months. She has been super helpful and nice!

NO STARS if I had a choice. Branch manager is a joke and so are her employees. No one answers their phone. They won't give you the right info thru email. They just play games until they admit they can't actually help you and you have to call the 1800 number on your card, in India, where they can hardly understand you or help you either.nEw to this bank.

This Chase bank is quite annoying to go to. I am always hassled by Sandy who seems to make up her own rules. It is something different EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have never had any issues with any of the other ladies that work there. Just Sandy. Will be going to another Chase bank from now on.
