Absolutely the worst bank to deal with in my life. Please believe me when I say the website is horrible to go through. Now you cannot see past payments made but just an option to make a payment. They will not email you back and they are rude on the phone. If I wasn't so close to the end of my loan I would 100% leave this loan (car loan). I bet they will not comment on this because they honestly do not care.
This bank uses the most archaic systems, won't return phone calls, and zero support. Every other one of my banks responded within minutes or hours. Valley has told me on many occasions that they will return my calls but they refuse. During these unprecedented times I've asked to defer a payment and they have refused to even respond to me. It's been 20+ days and no response. I wouldn't recommend Valley to anyone. I am filing a report with the Federal Reserve System hoping they see that this bank ignoring customers and in fact causing more financial hardship.
I’ve never experienced customer service like that at this branch, employ with that type of attitude shouldn’t be dealing with people. Very disappointed (teller klayton Sparks #0790)
