Absoultley the worst!!! David the owner did not submit my taxes I found out over a year later when I was hit with a faulier to file letter from the IRS! I have over a 1,000 dollars in fees I now I owe. I also can not get them to return my calls. I guess you get what you pay for when you go to a place like that.

my husband and i used ameritax for three years and have only had a problem with them once because we always asked for our returns to be direct deposits and last year we forgot to give them our new bank account information. which was completely our fault however they did promise to let us know when the check arrived and no one called us as promised. However when you consider that it was tax season and they have a ton of other clients to take care of too one phone call isnt really that horrible of a mistake, and it was our fault to begin with.nnThe staff is really friendly and very professional, we have always been greeted warmly and even when we brought our young children with us to our meetings the staff was very understanding and patient. their prices we never found to be too outrageous or unreasonable. its a small but very good and reliable business, we went there three years ago for our tax return because my husband was deployed overseas and no one in town seemed to know anything about how to deal with military w-2s. since then we have gone to them every year to get our taxes done.nni highly recommend ameritax and accounting to anyone who wants a carefree and easy tax return.
