When my children were not returned from visit per the parenting plan, I needed an attorney quickly. This was during the pandemic when the courts were closed with the exception of emergency hearings. I am somewhat familiar with the attorney’s in my area and thoughtfully contacted Kathrine Sierra-Kelly. She reached out to me instantly, and effectively communicated with me throughout the court case. This was important to me because I needed to know the process and progress being made so my children could be returned as quickly as possible. Kathrine is thorough and does not miss a detail. Because of this and the genuine concern for me and my young children, she effectively petitioned the courts and my children were returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kathrine Sierria-Kelly. She will work hard for you each step of the way. I can not express how grateful I am for Kathrine, her professionalism, and her willingness to drop everything to help me get my babies returned.

Neal was very helpful even when I was ill prepared to send needed documents, He showed extreme patience . His knowledge was phenomenal, He helped us make a very difficult decision & was not trying to just make money. Thank You Neal!
