Domino's Pizza

Drew answered the phone and was able to see my last order based on my phone number. My call time was .29 seconds. Now THAT is superior customer service. Major shout out to Drew for his excellent customer service ud83dudc4d.

Reliably fresh, hot, delicious pizza and breadsticks/rolls. The very best thin crust pizza in my area. Today I had occasion to deal with the manager and assistant manager and let me just say, wow! How refreshing. Due to a totally understandable snafu, our credit card was slightly overcharged. When I called to question, it was handled with two quick, simple phone calls (one from me, one back to me within minutes after they confirmed the reason for the difference). Not only did they credit my card the difference, they gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. Customer service is so important, and I'd say they went above and beyond. That, plus their consistently great pizza will keep me coming back.

Not only do you talk to an actual employee when you call in an order they are super quick. The pizzas good too. We have had really good experiences and will continue to use them.

This location has my order on point and they are the quickest pizza place to deliver! I love it!

So I usually never ever do bad reviews unless its necessary. Today Jan-31-2021 Miss Jeniffer at the South Store decides to tell me that I am calling the wrong store when I know for a fact that I am calling the right store. I am at least 6 to 10 mins away from that store. She tells me that her drivers don’t arrive until 11:30. I used to work for Dominos & drivers have to be there before 10am. She didn’t want to take my order gave me a very bad attitude of how wrong I was calling the wrong store. To be honest I have never had any problems with this store until her. I just do not understand why she denied me the service.
