Aaron did a great job diagnosing and fixing a bad air valve on the tag axle of my motor home. He is probably the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Great job!!! The rest of the staff is top notch too and if you hang around long enough you will get to meet their cool shop cat.

Honest, informative and helpful. After Auto Zone told me I need an alternator (cost EST from $400- $800) and Rays did an an in-depth analysis and found no issues! Do not trust Auto Zone unless you want to waste your time and money!

I took my RV in for an alignment. It's Class C and are notoriously different to drive. I dropped it off along with information that was given to me from a Ford mechanic. Once the tech, (Pete I think was his name) started to work he called me. He explained what it needed and that perhaps I was given the wrong information for the RV. He asked questions about how it handled, what led me to believe I needed an alignment?, symptoms?, etc. He explained what and how the needed adjustments were. They got it done fast, dropped it off at 9am and was ready by noon. When I picked it up I could tell an immediate difference. The drive back to the RV Park there was a very notable difference. It was much MUCH better. While I only drove it about 10 miles so far but I can definitely tell that it was money well spent. Thanks, Pete, Dozier, Chris and everyone else, including the shop cats. If you're in the area and need this (or any) service, don't waste your time and money on other shops.

We arrived in town late Friday afternoon after suffering a flat tire driving from Crystal River. Spoke with Chris who helped me navigate the options since the tire brand on our travel trailer was not available. Monday morning Ray's installed the new tire on the rim (while we waited -it took about 5 minutes). Chris was really patient with me as I wanted to make certain I understood all the options.
