A great family owned business! They are very friendly,professional and honest. They were able to diagnose and repair my 2001 Corvette in a week. A Chevy Dealership had it for over 3 weeks and couldn't correctly diagnose or repair it. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Love these guys. I couldn’t find a single shop in town that would install lowering springs on my car. Mike gave me a quick estimate, and my lowering springs (with a 4 wheel alignment) were on the next morning. They’re also super honest with you. After a repair, my car had a minor vibration in the axle. Instead of letting me drive off, they told me about this even though it wasn’t an issue. This is a super great team of people, and if you’re there, ask for Mike!

I love Sargeant Service Center. They are genuine people and really care about getting you back on the road quickly and safely.nnThey recently diagnosed and repaired an issue with my Honda Pilot's emissions system that was causing difficulty refueling. Before ordering replacement parts or performing the labor to correct the issue, Mike (Manager) called Honda with me in his office to ask if the emissions components were covered under a longer warranty than bumper-to-bumper or powertrain, thus potentially getting me a free repair at the cost of their own gain from my business. If that isn't the definition of selfless honesty, I don't know what is.nnAdditionally, you can tell that everybody in the shop is an expert and very knowledgeable about auto mechanic topics, and they aren't afraid to dig in and research weird, one-off problems. You can call there any time of day and whoever picks up the phone will be able to advise you and/or set up an appointment to get your maintenance needs knocked out.nnThey have a fairly large lobby with comfortable chairs, but if you prefer not to wait there, they run a courtesy shuttle to transport you home or to somewhere more fun. I have never rode along, as my home is about a 35 minute drive away and I wouldn't want to take advantage of them like that.nnAll-in-all, very pleased with my interactions with the folks at Sargeant, and we shall be back! Honest, accurate and polite. Knowledgeable staff that treated my old jalopy like a brand new car and almost acted like a new car when they were done! Would recommend to anyone who wants their auto fixed right.
