Great great customer service, I called 3 places looking for a part for my brakes, and nobody took the time to listen to what I actually needed, but my last call which will be my first call from now on was to Auto Zone , and a guy named Daniel, he helped me out twice today , this guy new right off the bat what I needed and pulled it aside for my wife to pick up, there were 2 different parts for my car and he had my wife call to make sure which one I needed. That’s was way above and beyond to what I’ve been dealing with around town, there’s a “OLD” new name in town with customer service “Auto Zone” he saved the day Twice for me today, I’ll be using this place, a lot more than before.nThanks Daniel for bringing back that good old customer service I thought was gone!!!
Just left Auto Zone in St. Augustine (US 1 near 207) and they were so helpful. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady and young man who helped us, but I did not. It was very refreshing to get such great customer service, which is rare these days.
Auto Zone has great help. They found a solution to a perplexing problem I was having with my Garmin. Detailed service excellent communication. The young man helping me was a wizard. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you!
I purchased the wrong wipers here and had to exchange them and the manager was very helpful and even installed them for me for free, excellent service
