I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem until today. I went through the McDonald’s drive through and waited 30 minutes. They gave me part of my food and I had to ask for the rest. Even after that, they forgot something and I had to walk through the drive through because the inside was closed. Nuggets were burnt and hard, everything was cold and soggy, McChicken was inedible; hard as a rock. Will never come here again, service is also horrible.
Nice staff and quick drive through but the food was awfull. First time I'd been McDonald's in years, maybe my taste buds have evolved I don't know but we got a chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger, and fries and literally everything tasted exactly the same, like eating paper. Also they were out of ice cream even though the app let us order two of them (and charged us for them)
The service was great, people were friendly and one man even complimented me and my coworker's appearance. But the food wasn't to brag about. Our fries were very hard and crunchy and my chicken sandwich was dry with 2 tiny slices of tomatoes. Really?
Too slow and need more fast work. And chicken sandwich was not hot just warm. This bad day for me.
