Very disappointing to be told i can't use Starbucks gift after specifically calling ahead of time and being told by the employee that they are a proper starb store. Kristina wouldn't even rectify the issue. The least they could do.nNever had this type of experience at any Starbucks before
This would be a great Starbucks, but there is never anywhere to park. The hotel guests use all the Starbucks reserved parking spaces. Something needs to change, and until it does....I would recommend getting your coffee from The Kookaburra or the Starbucks in the Publix Plaza, where you can actually park.
They use different blend than all other Starbucks, and not in a better way. Also it is mote expensive by about $1 per latte.
The barista was very pleasant. Coffee was delicious!! Thank you for great customer service!!
Rude staff. Will not return if we stay at that hotel again.
