Damage:nI had a good scuff on my bumper after someone hit it in a parking lot.nnConcern:nBeing in a brand new lease, I wanted the repair to look PERFECT. I didn't want there to be any hint of damage. The reviews on Google helped me decide on Northwest.nnRepair:nExactly what I wanted. Looks perfect. They do a super thorough job. They took the bumper off, did electronic paint matching, used high-grade paint, reset the codes from bumper removal, washed the car, etc.nnService:nAmazing! I needed some help with a ride and one of the staff stepped up with no hesitation. Super polite, friendly, and service oriented.nnConclusion:nIf you want it done right and don't want to deal with sketchy people or business, go to Northwest. Worth the time and money.

Excellent customer service followed by excellent attention to detail in getting my car back to looking like new after a fender bender. Had to replace tail lights and rear panel, paint and detail. All done timely with steady updates from Jim, to keep me informed of progress. Done quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!

We have had two experiences with Northwest Collision Center and both were awesome. I hope that we don't become frequent fliers of a collision center, as both visits were a result of damages that were not my fault, but if I need more repairs I will definitely come back. The staff members were all polite, professional, and very helpful through through the process. I would recommend Northwest to anyone needing body work on their vehicles!

The level and quality of work went way beyond expectations. The passenger side of the car is so beautifully repaired that I'm ashamed for people to see the driver's undamaged side. The attention to detail for body, wheel, and tire repair was phenomenal. The car was in good hands, and returned in great condition.
