Called everyday and nobody ever there to pick up the phone. I need to deliver a garage and no one can listen to me. I have been at different times and nobody is there. I need to deliver it before the end of the month..

Very impressed with this storage facility. The owners were very accommodating and made the process of moving and placing our stuff in storage extremely easy. The unit was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend

24 hours...just no electricity in units

Have used this place for many years, one of the few places to store heavy oversized work vehices (think RV size) with easy and reliable 24 hour access in Kennewick. Used one of the larger storage units and one of the mid size units for a couple years and had no problems, they supplied the locks.nnI received an email recently that there are new owners.nnI would suggest that they look into their website, as Google search indicates that it maybe hacked (appears that online gambling pages are inserted throughout website).
