This location is always slow!nnI've been going to Pep Boys locations for over 20 years and this location always seems to be overwhelmed & slow to move. There's no such thing as getting in and getting out.nnIn the past couple years, every time I've stopped by for a simple something or an oil change, they asked me to make an appointment and come back in a day or three. Even after making an appointment, you can find yourself standing at the front desk for 10 or 15 minutes before anybody responds. And they can easily be running an hour behind for your appointed time slot. The truth is, this location is always understaffed. They have 6 or 8 bays to work in but usually only have 2 auto techs on. And forget about calling ahead to make an appointment. They have the worst phone system ever invented. It will loop you through a dozen different prompts and still no one picks up to answer your call.nnIn my opinion, Pep Boys needs to get this location managed correctly or close the location.

I was told by two other people this place was honest and so when I had a flat tire I called them. One of the people who recommended it was the guy who came to put my spare on who had taken his tire to them. Carlos, the shop manager was helpful over the phone and got me in immediately even though it was a Sunday. The mechanic too was professional. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire they found it was a nail puncture and were able to repair it. This shop is clean, well-run and the prices are right. I noticed that the appointments ran on time, since I saw how Carlos treated the other customers too. I highly recommend them.

Kiki, Clint, Gabriel and JQ- do an honest and awesome job. As a wrench turner I feel comfortable with PepBoys.

My Grandfather went to a pep boys 4 tires. So I know they have been around 40+ years. They are dependible.

Carlos was fabulous. Explain what was going on after my car was towed absolutely fantastic would recommend it to anybody. Brandy came out explained how about some things you found while they were doing the inspection and how we did an extra cleaning of my muffler. Absolutely fantastic guys would recommend it to anybody
