I have been going to CrossFit focus for several months now and it’s by far the best gym I’ve been to! The owners and coaches support and motivate to do your personal best. If you have ever been interested in trying Crossfit and want a gym that feels like family I definitely recommend giving Focus a shot! Thanks Michele, Jimmie, and Brian!
Dropped in from New Jersey on this brand new CrossFit box. Wonderful coaches and super friendly athletes. Enjoyed a good 30 minute METCON with all of my favorite barbell moves… Deadlifts, hang power clean, and front squats. Can’t move, but in a good way. All new Rogue equipment and super clean. Highly recommend this gym for travelers, and of course, as a regular gym for locals :-) Thank you, to coaches Michele and Jimmie. Something to think about ... coaches could spend a bit more time breaking down movements and correcting athlete form ;)

Great gym with new, clean equipment. The coaches are very supportive and able to help me modify wods to accommodate my fitness level and restrictions (I’ve had multiple previous work injuries). Highly recommend Crossfit Focus to anyone looking for a fast, effective, full body workout!
This is a fantastic Cross Fit gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. They help you adapt the workouts to your fitness level and make everyone feel welcome. Definitely check them out!
