Usually the customer service is good but not today. They also have a problem keeping their medication stocked.........Update, my experience today was excellent. Customer service was much better and the current manager who’s name I didn’t get was SO helpful.

Avoid this pharmacy- they consistently screw up my prescriptions over and over. I’m not going back and will go to a different one on South Jog.nnThis pharmacy is slower than slow, don’t follow through on what they tell you, and mess up deliveries consistently. My ins forces me to use them or else I never would go back. I’m going to move to a different CVS.nnJust the latest screw up. They did not fill my prescription which was previously being filled every 3 months automatically. Although every time I want it delivered it requires multiple phone calls and takes 3 weeks! I spoke with someone in the pharmacy who said she would call the doctor then let me know. Never heard from her again. I finally called and was told my doctor cancelled my medication and I would need to call the doctor. I called my doctor who said they gave the pharmacy a script for a different medication since the original medication is not available. The doctor had to call the script in a second time. It was filled and I called to have it delivered because every time I try to go to the pharmacy I must wait forever. The delivery still has not made it. Last time I asked for delivery it took 3 weeks. They are a disorganized mess at this pharmacy!

Dont. Use.. this.. pharmacy. My medication was very uncommon but instead of calling to confirm they simply didn't order it. Then when I confirmed they said it'd be ready the next day after 2pm. We went to pick it up at 5pm and they said they can't fill it to come back tomorrow. They didn't try to offer solutions and didn't even care that they had underdelivered. Every time I called it was a minimum of 15 minutes. That's crazy to me considering I could drive there and get an answer at the window faster. When I saw it had 1 star I thought surely it can't be that bad... well it is. Do not use this pharmacy.

I have been on hold 3x to ask questions about my rx. 3 times, I was disconnected. I could hear pharmacy pick up the line and disconnect me.

Nicest pharmacist as well as staff behind the counter at CVS Boynton Bch 10074 Jog Rd location. Have been coming here for over ten years and am always treated with the upmost respect! Is this an extremely busy location? Yes so with that said it’s not the pharmacy that I’d choose if you have no patience but if you can wait a little bit then I can guarantee you that you’ll be well taken care of!
