Marco's Pizza

Ordered a single pizza bowl on their app. Drove over to the store in the manor once the app said it was done and then waited in line for an additional ten minutes. Once up to the window they took another five minutes before anyone would acknowledge the vehicle there despite having a constant line in front and behind me. After that they said the it would be another ten minutes before it was ready and their own app wasn't always reliable. I told them I would park and wait and they didn't even offer to bring it out even though they had about ten people working plus all of their delivery people in and out. Ended up giving up after they didn't have it again after five minutes and will never go back

Absolutely disgusting!!! We just received a pizza with an acrylic french tip nail. Called the store and spoke with manager who was very nonchalant about it and said they do not use gloves to make pizzas but if they have nails they are encouraged to wear gloves! Like what!?! Oh but wait there's more we need to take the pizza back to her so she can confirm there is a nail in there. No mention of refund, no apologies, nothing!!! options are take the pizza to her for confirmation to make a new one or get credit. How ridiculous and inconvenient as if I want to eat from there anymore. Will never order from here again.

Pretty good pizza, person answering the phone was good enough to tell me their best deal of the day on a large 2 topping pizza, thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, I'll be back.

The folks at the register are super friendly. No app purchase this time y'all lol. Fast and excellent service. They do have dine in options and they deliver. My brother lives here in St Cloud so I usually stop here cuz both my nephews legit LOVE this place. :)

This review is not for the taste of the pizza because it is by far the best pizza out here in St. Cloud. This review is for the customer service. Time after time again I am dissatisfied with how slow the customer service is when I'm there. Today, I was the only car in the drive thru and after honking, people looking at me straight in the face and walking past me, I finally got attended. Again, this review is not for the quality of the food, but for the horrible customer service. Also, when I got home and opened the pizza box, I saw how lazy of a job they had cut the pizza, I literally had to use my pizza cutter at home and cut the pizza myself.
