Professional, fast, knowledgeable and reasonable rates. HIGHLY recommend! He changed to door locks for me and he did so very efficiently. He also noticed an issue with my handles while he was working and he fixed those for me for free.
I attempted to use this business last Saturday when I was locked out of my vehicle. My husband had called a different locksmith earlier in the morning, and not having heard back from them, I called St Cloud Locksmiths. The lady who answered, quite likely an answering service, took my information and said that the technician would give me a call. About 2 hours later, when I had not heard anything, I attempted to call back to see how long it would be. The woman asked if I had called another locksmith earlier. I said my husband had. She said I would have to go with the other business and hung up on me. Not understanding, I attempted to call her back to explain that we had never heard back from the others, and she told me at that point that it was the same technician for both businesses. I told her if she would have just explained that before and not hung up on me, that would have been nice. Then she hung up on me again. I attempted to email the business and let them know what had happened, but never heard anything from them. Between the $500 price tag and the lack of customer service, I wouldn't call these guys back if hell froze over.
Quick and easy! Came and changed 2 locks (front & back door). Nice gentleman and reasonably priced for the service. Highly recommend.
Very professional and is the best automotive locksmith out there! I recommend this company with no hesitation. I would give them more stars if I could!
He was punctual and polite. He finished his work in a timely manner and his fees were reasonable. We were very pleased with his work and will use his services again in the future.
