My husband made the appointment for us to go, he thought it was floor Yoga, his expression when we walked in priceless! ud83dude02 But I have to say he did GREAT! We had a blast. So invigorating! I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed like these happy endorphins kicked in. I saw this on tv and always wanted to do it. No regrets, love Ally! She’s AMAZING!
This is an amazing facility. It’s clean, they temp check everyone who comes in, 6ft social distancing at every session, and an overall fun environment. I hated traditional gyms bc heavily male and seemingly judgements environment but this was completely different, welcoming, and my new home gym
