CVS

I saw online that CVS have lysol spray on 11/10/2020 call the store and they confirmed. When to CVS on 3555 13 st to make a purchase they advised me that they were sold out. I taught that was the truth. While I was in my vehicle in the parking lot I saw another customer with lysol spray coming out of the store. I saw right through her plastic bags and while she was going in her vehicle one almost fell on the ground. They are choosing who they decide to sell lysol spray to and that not right. They may just saving it for their families and friends. I do understand that lysol is hard to find but once it's available CVS need to sell it to everyone..please don't not pick and chose who you sell this to.

I came in here on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago and the lady that was working was wonderful, top customer service she was genuinely friendly, polite, and enthusiastically helped me find a product.

Good customer service.

The drive thru service here is ridiculous. I have waited extreme long wait times both times dropping off and picking up. They told me two hours to come back and I do that and people are still waiting at the windows to get their meds which I’m sure they had waited the necessary time so that their medicines would be ready by the time we got here!

I lost my receipt BUT called the store I made the purchase and spoke to a female representative.nI explained the product and told her I didn’t have a receipt however used my cvs rewards card when purchasing. The female representative told me bring the item to the store and ensure I have an ID and she will return the product on a CVS Gift Card or exchange.nI immediately went to the store walked to the register with my items and identified the female person I was speaking with on phone.nShe told me to get my exchange and she will start the process. As I was in the section grabbing my product a man walked over and identified himself as the “store manager” and ask immediately was that my item at the counter! I said yes, I’m just getting the exchange item he sharply ask did I have a receipt. I told him no but I called before I had come to the store and the female at the counter said it was ok... the manger became very loud as he responded, “ I don’t care what she said, I’m the manger and I am not returning the product!”nI asked, why not I bought it from here and pick up the exact product on the shelf... the manger dismissed my actions by calling me a liar!nHe literally said, you are a liar and I’m not taking the product back because you didn’t buy it from here!nI was soo embarrassed, there were people in the store alongside the female store representative watching as the manger yell and belittle me! I walked to the counter and ask the manger what was his name, he yelled rudely “Dan” I ask him what is your whole name he yelled “Dan” again. I responded your the manger your suppose to give me your name. The manger responded, “my name is on the door if you can read! “Totally humiliated, disrespected and shaken I walked out in the store parking lot and called the corporate office to file a complaint. The manger name was Daniel Lennon or something like that!nThe store location 3555 13th StreetnSt. Cloud, FL 34769 store # 3139
