I would give them zero stars. We were here last Friday for four hours for an allignment. Truck was worse after they supposedly fixed it. Now we are here again. One week later for the same issue. Waiting for five hours so far. Truck still not alligned. We have also had other warranty issues here. Terrible place to go!!
Joe, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating! He drove my car right up to the front door so that I didn't get wet coming outside in the rain. ☺ufe0f
I want to start by saying that I have worked in the tire industry for almost 20 years and currently a service manager at a high volume tire and service center in the northeast. While on vacation in florida I picked up a nail in the tire of my SUV. I chose tire kingdom in St. Cloud because it was the closest tire shop to where we were staying. I was fortunate enough to be greated by Alex Ayala when I walked through the door. He was courteous and professional but most importantly heput me at ease by displaying knowledge and technical skills. The service was quick and the repair was quality. Great job today Alex if you ever move to the Northeast I have a spot for you on my team.
Had a nail in our tire on our RV. Staff was pleasant and quick to repair tire and get us back on the road again.
They did a great job on changing the oil and rotating the tires on the truck. Quick, efficient and friendly.
