Very modern style McDonald’s. The service had been speedy despite the high volume of cars. It’s a plus there are two drive throughs, and three windows. The customer service had been excellent. My hubby hadn’t had McFlurry in years so I thought I’d bring him an Oreo one. He said it was so so good. Him and I would highly recommended this McDonald’s to anyone especially those looking for a night off of the kitchen.

The customer service is horrible. The people are rude when they speak to you, most don't understand much English or they have such a strong accent customers can't understand them. My order has been incorrect more times than it has been correct and I am never given an apology for it or offered to get a discount or free meal my next visit!!!

Only two stars. There is literally no excuse for y'all to not read the screen that the customers order gets put on when they make their order and be able to make the food correctly. Twice I have gone there and you have left off items that I paid for on the sandwiches, once the 13th St store fixed your mistake. Second time, I had them get the manager at this location at the time to call me to fix it. And he did. And now a third time, my man goes there and has to go threw the drive thru twice because the first time you guys didn't even put the chicken on, then when he finally got the corrected sandwich it had barely any of the sauce on it. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f Get it together y'all. It's not hard.

Using the mobile app with this new location is hit or miss. The drive thru is an especially long wait. But I will say that the staff is always friendly.
