With so many of the regulars moving on at the bank it was a comfort seeing Stacey...we love Stacey! We love the job she does for us and always calls us by name. I have had dealings with Miranda whom Stacey has trained and it is no surprise that she too will become a favorite. Miranda was very friendly, warm and knowledgeable. It is great to see that the bank it hiring great folks.
I had a bad experience on Saturday at the drive up. However today, the teller who witnessed the Saturday issue apologized for others’ actions which I found to be very nice and considerate. I wasn’t even going to mention the problem but Miranda took it upon herself to address it. She was also very personable and we talked about a number of fun things during our short interaction. She’s lively, understanding and fun. I hope you treat her well!
Let me just give a HUGE THANK YOU!!! to Jessica Ale she was amazing!! Helped me every step of the way on getting a secured credit card, she even gave me helpful tips on how to build my credit. She was all around friendly, outgoing, professional and highly intelligent (She knows her stuff!) I went to the Addition Financial this Saturday March 27th, the teller named Dina was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and got me everything I needed. I was so satisfied that I will recommend anyone to that institution.
