I have lived in Miami for four years now and have had the worse luck with contractors. That was not the case with CertaPro. I called on Wednesday, I had a quote by Thursday and the painter showed up, as promised, the following Wednesday at 8:30 am. He was timely, kind, and very professional. It was a small job - master bedroom, bathroom, and front door. It took a few days (because the colors were dark and required a few coats) but he always showed up first thing in the morning and worked until the end of the day. I will definitely be contracting the remainder of my painting with this company and refer them to anybody that values their time and the importance of commitments. The paint job was quality and the clean up was professional. I wish all of my contractor experiences were this seamless. Excellent work!
This is the second time we have used CertaPro. Steve and his team are very professional and provide great service and quality of work. This time they painted both the inside and outside of the house and matched the existing paint perfectly. They are friendly, courteous, hardworking and started the work on time 2 days after the quote. Real value for money

Exceptional Service! After reviewing a few estimates, we decided to use CertaPro because of Jim. His attention to detail, great customer service, discussing everything (including taking pictures), and of course the best estimate, is what ultimately sold us. Unfortunately, our experiences with home services has not always been the best, however, we are beyond pleased with the two painters Fausto and Rufino (great teamwork). They are extremely thorough, hardworking, professional, friendly, and “on-time”. Our two-story house had not been painted for 10+ years, and needed a lot of TLC prepping prior to painting, patching, etc.; they truly outdid themselves. They completed the job in a timely manner and maintained a clean job site every day. More importantly, the house looks great. This is my first time using them and will not hesitate to call on them again…I highly recommend them!
What a great overall experience! We contracted them to do the entire interior and exterior of our home. As with any job, there were hiccups and issues. The important thing is how they were handled. Marc and the team working with him made me feel that they were doing everything in their power to make sure my house looked like that perfect picture that I had in my mind.
