Stephen has been AMAZING with our teens! They absolutely LOVE their sessions with him and they do not normally like working out. He connects with them and comes up with wonderful ways to get them moving and having fun!
Love my YMCA. The staff is excellent. Steven Schwartz my personal trainer is very accommodating and knowledgeable and Leah is always helpful and smiling. Thank you for making me feel welcome.
It is very energetic, it has gyms, baketball courts, even a kids zone for parents to leave kids and there is PE for kids in monday and thursday.
The Y is a welcoming community of people of all ages. The gym is well-run, clean and the equipment is well-maintained. I am grateful for the YMCA South Dade Family Center. I enjoy going there and working out. I look forward to the day it is safe to bring back more of the pre-Covid classes.
YMCA was essential in providing care during this COVID19 pandemic while I had to work as an essential worker. They provided a safe place for my son to be while I worked. During electronic learning The YMCA was available for a safe, secure place with WiFi for the First weeks of school. I can’t say thank you enough.
