I started CrossFit at “Just CrossFit Palmetto Bay” for the first time in my life a month and a half ago. I was very scared of the unknown, but I’m so glad I gave it a “try”. All the coaches and owners are awesome, but we always have our favorite one and for me that’s Ari. She has been an inspiration to me, she is strong coach and at the time very sweet and caring personality. She will encourage you along the way to get the best of you. Give it a try, first class is always free! You won’t regret it!
