Went tonight and got attended by Ricardo , he had a nasty attitude not only with myself but with the customer in front of me paying. He seemed to be a manager which makes it even worse. And I am pregnant so it is kind of sad to receive this kind of attention. Earlier I had called the pharmacy as well to ask for a medication and the lady Francis, tells me they have it and then hangs up. I have to then call back , be on hold to tell her that I actually need to order the medication. I wasn’t just calling to know if they carry it ?! Horrible horrible.

I was appalled by the horrible service and rampant negligence from pharmacy staff, today 11-15-20; they disconnected phone calls deliberately, customers not allowed to talk. CVS must to replace those individuals due their lack of professionalism, ethic and humanism

The pharmacy is so slow and the people are a little disrespectful. No communication and they all move so slow

Lousy pharmacy. Always long waits and grumpy pharmacists. I went in for a simple flu shot and stood in line and then was told at least an hour wait. I was the only one there for a fly shot. When I asked why so long, he said very abruptly, we are busy. No sorry, or make an appointment etc. ( Not the first time here). So I went down the street to Walgreens and was met with a friendly pharmacist that took care of me within 10 minutes.

Pharmacy is AWFUL at this location- they overcharged is for RX’s for two months because they had not updated our insurance info yet insisted they did. Frequently late filling RX’s. Failed to fill a prescription all together, so I returned with the written RX and they wouldn’t fill it because it “takes 10 minutes” and it was 8 mins until the pharmacy closed by the time I returned with the written RX. Lazy, rude, incompetent staff behind the counter. This has been the case for YEARS, just look at prior reviews. CVS doesn’t care to fix this one bit. Get your RX filled elsewhere!
