What a great job by Reality. Brian called almost everyday to update us, their crew was so respectful, clean, and hard working. They were affordably priced, highest quality of work, and always available for a phone call. We will be hiring them again to paint the inside of our house. Wonderful company!

I called this company to come to my house and give me a quote. The guy came to my house, (now I know there is damage to my house and I know there will need to be repairs, I asked him to include any and ALL repairs, I understand this is an ESTIMATE, not a firm price) he said well I cant really give an exact quote because we won't fully know what needs to be fixed until its pressure washed. Well that's why I said ANY AND ALL REPAIRS. I would like you to shoot high and then if we don't need to repair something to lower the cost!nnSo this guys walks around for about 15 minutes and just talks about how hes not sure. Okay. If you're not sure that's fine. SAY YOU DON'T WANT THE JOB. Using your words seems like a pretty simple concept. Well after he walks around, he then ends with I'll send you a quote by 4:30 today(Tuesday). Mind you, this is 11:15 in the morning. That's fine. BUT, it is now Saturday and NOTHING. I called the number of the person who called me to set up the appt and left a VM. No reply, no response. Nothing. So here I am, letting you know how I feel because a little communication goes a long way. If you're not even willing to follow through to let people know you DON'T want to work with them, what don't you communicate to your actual customers.

They so do professional and did BEAUTIFUL work! My home looks new! They were able to get the work started and completed ahead of schedule and the most responsibly priced that I could find! I have already referred them to others and also started their work early! I recommend them to anyone looking to paint their homes!!!
