Horrible service. Drive thru seemed extra busy, so parked and went inside. To my surprise I was the only one customer in the store. 2 different shift managers, 3 different employees gladly just kept about their business for 20 minutes(again I'm the only customer inside). I ordered a 3c, what is that you ask? It's a quarter pounder Deluxe meal... Added big Mac mcsauce and was on my way. And wouldn't you know they added Xtra mayonnaise instead of mcsauce.
the ice cream machine/frappe machine NEVERRR works. we’ve gone at midnight and a lot of the time that’s when they don’t work which in that case we’re like ok whatever. but now even during the day they NEVER have any drinks that aren’t sodas. at night even before midnight they run out of almost every food item and only have one or two items to offer. they also always mess up orders.
It was horrible. The line was long, the cashier did not speak.my language. They had no napkins..terrible . No thank you, no greeting
Clean facilities, good food, friendly staff, above average service.
Sometimes there's a crowd and sometimes not lol and slow workers.
