I was helped by the cashier Shayne, i usually go for chicken bites like a fatty but either they are usually out but for the first time i was actually told that she can have them make them fresh for me, she was very polite and helpful, and so are the people there, great experience overall
Always a long line need more cashier's food is good. You are going to be waiting you need 15 minutes or more extra time
Don’t do mobile app here, I tried the mobile app to get my good faster, ordered at 10:49pm got order 11:30pm. 40 min for a club sandwich and Mac & cheese :(
Jonathan the manager disregard it a register worker while there were 10 people waiting in line and said I just can't come over there right now. Very disappointing and unprofessional stating that in front of all those waiting customers. It took me 10 minutes to get a coffee. He clearly needs some more training
The people there doesn't know how to run the store, so many people out of work in this country, in this state. They have the worker there multi-tasking and not enough worker to handle the coffee area. No wonder I have to wait 10 minutes for my coffee. Even when I ask for my money back, the lady that make the coffee was the only one with key to register.
